BlackBerry Users

Important: Blackberry Enterprise Activation Instructions

Vanderbilt employees who would like to use Outlook on their BlackBerry device need to purchase an additional BlackBerry Enterprise (BES) license. There is a one-time fee of $69.90. To purchase this license, please complete an order in ITS’ product and services catalog at: http://www.vanderbilt.edu/procurement/eprocurement/index.shtml or  fax a purchase requisition (form 60-005-803) to ITS at (615) 343-1605 with the following information:

  • Device type
  • VUNet ID of the user
  • Cell phone number
  • Cell phone carrier

If you already have a BES license and need to reset your account, please contact the VUMC Help Desk at (615) 343-4357 with the name and VUNet ID of the user.
