In 2009 Information Technology Services partnered with Procurement Services and began a pilot program to move procurement of its products and services online with an eProcurement system. Beginning with 14 catalog items,  and based on experience and feedback from pilot customers, ITS rolled out a new catalog with 51 products and services. More items are still being added as this service grows.

Currently 34% of orders ITS receives are now processed through eProcurement which is a dramatic increase from previous years. ITS encourages all customers to request ITS products and services through eProcurement.
