ITS will be installing Microsoft server patches Sunday, June 14th, between the hours of 12:00 AM and 3:00AM. During this time, the following systems will be down while a reboot is performed: * apphost1a and apphost2* doaitswghost* jump01, strawberry, and wsusberry (Windows jump boxes)* VMSPE* wins1 and wins2* prt1* magic-db2 Prior to being patched, the apphost2 server will also be brought down at midnight to be relocated in the Hill Data Center.  After windows patching is complete, the machine will be brought back online.   ITS will also be applying patches to the Oracle database servers between the hours of 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. During this time, the following will be unavailable: *Tools/Apps using www2.vanderbilt.edu(distadmin set of tools, VUAdmin set of tools, helpdesk tools, personal option modifications)*E-Password Pages (including IDM)*VUGmail activation and authentication*United eWay*VUMix (Napster/Freshtracks)*Student Voting Application*Alumni tools used by alumni to activate an account or change passwords*Vacation application used to configure a vacation message*LDAP Groups Service Application for maintaining OU members Additionally, applications that depend on these tools or the VUNET database will be affected as follows: *The Commodore Card Office application accessed via https://thecard.vanderbilt.edu.*The on-line ITS Software Store will also be unavailable.*Off-Campus Housing Referral and ITS Student VNET Applications*Satellink (aka PBX Pager Application) - Only to notify operators of downtime
