UPDATE: Mobile Phones and non-Outlook Clients Having Issues Connecting to Exchange

 

Update: 4/20/12 4:00pm - Email.vanderbilt.edu now works with all devices.

Mobile phones and non-Outlook clients connecting to Microsoft Exchange are experiencing problems connecting to email. Changing the server address to legacy.vanderbilt.edu (instead of email.vanderbilt.edu) is a fix in some instances. After changing the server address, restart the email client and allow time for email to sync.

Outlook Web Access is still available and functioning normally.
