VUexchange scheduled maintenance
ITS will be modifying routing group connectors between VUexchange 2003 and VUexchange 2007 on July 8th between the hours of 9:00 PM and 9:45 PM. There is no outage to the VUexchange service expected during this time.
VUExchange scheduled maintenance
ITS will be adding additional storage to the virtualmachines for the VUexchange production environment on Tuesday, June 30that 8:00 PM. The process is expected to last until midnight. ITSdoes not anticipate an outage or loss of service.

Scheduled Power Outage in Hill Data Center
On Sunday, June 14th, from 6:00AM to 9:00AM, a portion of the Hill Data Center will be without power due to planned electrical enhancements to the Data Center. The tenants affected include ACCRE, MIS, CSB, Chemical Engineering, Physics, ISIS, VUMC StarPanel, VUMC Midrange, Bio Informatics, Bio Statistics and ITS. ITS Scheduled Maintenance
ITS will be installing Microsoft server patches Sunday, June 14th, between the hours of 12:00 AM and 3:00AM.

ITS will be performing server maintenance on Sunday, 5/31, between the hours of 12:00 AM and 2:30 AM. During this time apphost2 and news-srv1 (newsgroups server) will be unavailable.
Scheduled VUmailguard Maintenance
ITS will be performing maintenance on the VUmailguard environment on Wednesday, 5/13, between the hours of 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Briefly during this time users will not be able to access their quarantine digest or manage their safe/blocked senders list.

ITS will be migrating the vunetid.vanderbilt.edu server to a new virtual environment on Saturday, 5/9, between the hours of 12:00 AM and 1:30 AM. During this time the following applications will be briefly unavailable.

ITS will be applying an Oracle database patch to the Red Hat Network Satellite server on Wednesday, April 29, between the hours of 6:15 PM and 10:30 PM. During this time, the Red Hat Network Satellite service will be unavailable.
