Having a technology problem? 

In most cases you should consult with your local IT support provider before opening a trouble ticket.  To find your local support provider consult the Find your IT Support Provider page.

If you want to submit a request to the University Help Desk go to the ITS Help Desk Web Submission Form.  If you have an urgent issue contact the University Helpdesk by telephone  at (615) 343-9999 (3-9999 on campus).

If you want to submit a Medical Center related request go to the Service Manager and choose the Self Service option to submit your request to the Medical Center Help Desk.  if you have an urgent issue contact the Medical Center Helpdesk by telephone at (615) 343-HELP (3-HELP on campus)

If you work for the Division of Administration go to the ITS DOA Service Desk Requst Form.
