Help Desk The ITS Help Desk assists users with questions or problems concerning connecting to the Vanderbilt Network. We also assist with several email clients, web browsers, certain desktop applications and remote access issues.

Telephone Repair If you are experiencing service problems or need telephone repair service, call (42)1-1611 and have the following information ready: Contact name, department and extension; Location, Extension and Type of phone in need of repair; Description of the problem.
