IT support at Vanderbilt is currently distributed among Local Support Providers and ITS and VUMC Help Desks. Our Service Delivery and Project Management Team was created to better align ITS departmental work to the missions and goals of Vanderbilt. Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) are your single point of contact for new projects and initiatives. Our model enables us to effectively deploy and implement new services. SDMs bridge the gap between the customer and the technical expertise and resources implementing it. By offering a single point of contact, we simplify your ability to obtain ITS services. This higher level of integration and collaboration will in turn better serve the goals of each organization and the mission at Vanderbilt.
