It’s Here! VUexchange Migrations 

As mentioned in a May 26 message to the Campus Technology Forum (CTF), all VUexchange 2003 mailboxes must be migrated to the new Exchange 2007 servers.  In order to meet overall consolidation deadlines, University Central VUexchange 2003 mailboxes must be migrated to Exchange 2007 by August 15, 2009. Migrations for targeted groups have already begun, with 1159 mailboxes already on Exchange 2007.  Remaining mailboxes will be migrated over a 3 week period beginning August 1, 2009.  These migrations will only affect University Exchange 2003 mailboxes.

The list of affected mailboxes and the migration schedule are being finalized and will soon be available on the email consolidation website. ITS will communicate to IT support provides and to individual affected as the schedule is complete and available for viewing.

  -  August 15, 2009 (1000 users)
