VUmail Class Folders

In addition to accounts for individuals at the University, the VUmail system supports folders which can be accessed by the members of a class, and the instructor(s), for discussions and information sharing outside the classroom. The membership of each class folder is populated and maintained throughout the semester using data from the VUnet database and OASIS system. In order to make use of class folders, students and instructors must all have valid VUnet IDs and must use an email client program with support for IMAP4 protocol.
